Methodology
- USD pricing → UAH at NBU rate. Every paid invoice is converted at the National Bank of Ukraine rate at the moment of payment. Both amounts are stored alongside the invoice.
- Transfer cadence. Pending balance is transferred and reported at the start of each calendar month. Initiative launched 2026-05-11.
- What “net profit” means. Before each transfer we deduct: Mono Acquiring fee, ФОП tax in Ukraine, and AI/API costs (OpenAI / Anthropic) attributable to the period. What remains is net profit — and that is what 100% of goes to charity.
- Charity transfer. Sent in full UAH from a Ukrainian ФОП Mono account to the recipient's public donation account. Bank confirmation screenshot uploaded within 24 hours.
- Recipient rotation. Default recipient: the Sternenko Community Foundation. May rotate over time; every rotation is announced here.
